Product Introduction: This equipment employs a five-layer co-extrusion process, where multiple extruders simultaneously melt different materials and combine them into a uniform film through precision die heads. It supports infinitely variable speed control from 0 to 5 m/min and multi-stage independent temperature control (from room temperature to 300°C), enabling stable production of high-transparency, low-fog films with thicknesses of 0.017-0.08mm. Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system and touch screen interface, it integrates four-level automatic tension adjustment, reverse corona elimination, and edge strip recovery functions, ensuring film uniformity error ≤1%, meeting the needs of high-speed composites and solvent-free composites. The compact design (supporting customized casting width) fits laboratory spaces and is compatible with materials such as PE, PP, PET, and TPU.
